Bath Bombs

Theres no doubt bath bombs have taken over the bath scene! You can find them just about anywhere, with any scents, colors, and embellishments you can think of! They’re definitely fun and add that extra flare a lot of people look for in their bath experience! I was always searching for anything labeled “Stress Relief” because lets be honest, we all need some more of that… and then, my life changed.. my path changed.. and what I was putting in and on my body started to matter a whole lot more to me. So I started reading ingredient lists and taking note of what those long complicated names actually meant… and researching what those things actually were. Now I look at the back of most of those “Stress Relief” bombs (or any variety) that are on the market and I feel an immense about of anxiety reading that ingredient list. From hormone disrupting chemicals to disease triggering dyes.. its just a whole bunch of non sense that I definitely don’t want my body soaking in.
